Yes if they have the same lug width. Easy to change with quick release.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Singapore costs less than $5.Shipping internationally, via different couriers, the prices vary depending on the location and the courier option chosen.
Can I see more detailed images of the watch straps? 

Yes. Use the magnifying glass on the product page.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

After your order is placed, it will take us 2 working days to get your order shipped out. Depending on your shipping option and location, it will take the following number of days for your straps to reach you:

  • Singapore: 1-3 working days after your order is shipped.
  • International Destination: 3-10 working days after your order is shipped.

Can you provide recommendations for watch straps that would complement my watch? 

Yes. Email us with your queries.

How do I install or replace the watch strap on my watch? 

Most of our straps come with quick-release pins, so it is easy to change the straps.

Can I return or exchange the watch strap if it doesn’t fit or meet my expectations? 

In order to get a full refund, your strap has to be in an unworn condition and can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Used straps cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return shipping costs (unless it is due to a strap defect).To get started on returns, please email us at nevannylir@gmail.com and quote your order number with a photo of the straps. I’ve been using my strap for a while now, but broke/cracked and I can no longer use it. Do you offer free replacements?

Please drop us an email with a photo and description of what happened, and we’ll get in touch soonest to see how we can help! Whether we can offer a free replacement depends on what the damage is and how it was caused.

All orders are shipped from Singapore.Note: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be incurred due to the order.

The leather on my strap looks different from your product photos

As much as we try to ensure uniformity in our products, as leather is a natural product (just like your skin), there will be slight variations between the different straps. Small marks, slight differences in colour, and varying grain patterns are all normal and to be expected. In addition, exotic straps (alligator, crocodile, lizard, stingray, ostrich, beaver, python etc) and camo pattern straps will definitely have variations in the pattern of the leather – do not expect strap that is 100% similar to the product photos for these straps! However, if you still think that your strap has a defect, drop us an email at nevannylir@gmail.com and we will attend to it as soon as we can!

How do I determine the size?

The correct size to select depends on a number of factors, including your wrist size, watch size and personal preference in how tight to wear your watch. Please refer to our Sizing Guide.

What’s included in your warranty?

In general, our warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear or damage from use. Cover: Buckle or lug pin damage, stitching issues, leather damage (only if surfaced within the first 2 weeks). Does not cover: Loose strap holes, edge paint wearing down, or leather damage (after the first 2 weeks).
