Order Acceptance

 

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel your order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount in the original currency charged. In the event that we confirm your order but subsequently, learn that it cannot supply the ordered product for any reason whatsoever, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

 

Warranty Policy:

 

  1. Warranty coverage: The warranty covers everything less accidental damage or general wear & tear.
  2. Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your watch strap has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at nevannylir@gmail.com within 14 days of the date of purchase. We request proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, as well as photos or other documentation of the issue. If your product is defective and a valid warranty claim has been submitted, we will send you a replacement. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product for inspection. We cannot guarantee that the exact style, colour, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed but we wouldn’t want you to be left empty-handed! In this case, we will refund the amount paid for the original item. Please have your order number and your confirmation email or proof of purchase ready to attach to the warranty claim form.
  3. Warranty Exclusions: The following situations are not covered under our warranty:
        • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or stretching of the strap due to regular use.
        • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or modification of the watch strap.
        • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or force majeure events.
        • Watch straps that have been altered, repaired, or serviced by a third party without our authorization.
  4. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch strap as described in this policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our watch straps.
  5. Warranty Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the watch strap from our online store.
  6. Modifications to Warranty Policy: We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication.

 

Return Policy:

 

  1. If there is any defect or issue regarding the product due to our mistake, the product will be eligible for any return/exchange/refund within 14 days of order delivery and we will cover the return shipping fee (up to US$25 for international orders, and US$4 for local SG orders). Watch straps in unused condition (no bending/crease, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of order delivery. If the strap is already worn, we will have to charge a restocking fee of up to 75% of the strap price, depending on the specific condition of the strap, as the strap is no longer in new condition and we are unable to sell the strap as new. All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your order to get started.

Notes:

          • All return costs will be borne by the customer unless the return was initiated due to our mistake.
          • Upon sending your item back, please allow 7-14 business days from the time you ship your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
          • Include your order number in the package to allow us to track and attribute the package accordingly.
          • Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  1. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert contact information] to request a return authorization. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Ensure that the strap is 100% unworn (no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole).
        • Email us at nevannylir@gmail.com with the following template (replace the text as necessary): Hi there, I would like to return my <name of strap> strap from order <#order number> because <reason for return>. I certify that the strap is 100% unworn (no bending or creases on the leather, buckle tongue was not fitted through the strap hole), and I understand that I will not be refunded the original shipping fees. Thank you.
        • We will reply to your email with the return address. You may send the strap back via any courier or postal service. Do ensure that you note down your order number inside the package to ensure timely processing of the return.
        • Once we receive your strap, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost and any restocking fees (if applicable).
        • If you wish to exchange for another strap, you will be refunded for the original strap after we receive it, and you can place a separate order for the correct strap. You may choose to place a separate order for the correct strap even before we receive your returned strap.
  1. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned watch strap, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the watch strap, minus any original shipping charges, to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
        • Used, worn, or damaged watch straps.
        • Watch straps that are not in their original condition, including missing packaging or tags.
        • Customized or personalized watch straps.
        • Clearance or sale items.
  1. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a watch strap for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a watch strap that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Exchange Policy:

 

  1. Exchanges: We accept exchanges on watch straps purchased from our online store within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the watch strap is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags.
  2. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at nevannylir@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization. We may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the original watch strap and place a new order for the desired item.
  3. Exchange Shipping: The cost of return shipping for the original watch strap is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. The shipping cost for the new item will be borne by the customer and will be charged at the current shipping rates.
  4. Exchange Eligibility: The new item being requested for exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original item. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the price difference to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange:
    • Used, worn, or damaged watch straps.
    • Watch straps that are not in their original condition, including missing packaging or tags.
    • Customized or personalized watch straps.
    • Clearance or sale items.

Refund Policy:

 

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the watch strap must be in unused condition. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date. You can reach us through nevannylir@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process. 
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  5. Exclusions: Items purchased on sale or through promotions, are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective watch strap, please contact us immediately. We may request evidence, such as photos or videos, to assess the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
  7. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed as a return.
  8. Changes to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice. The current refund policy will be posted on our website.
